NXY offers:

- International Orders: Additional shipping fees may apply depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. For remote or high-duty regions, extended delivery timeframes may apply.
- United States, Canada, United Kingdom: 8–16 business days.
- Latin America & Remote Regions: 24–35 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, high shipping volume, or local conditions (such as weather or transportation delays).
Your order is typically processed within 1–3 business days. If your tracking number is not provided within that period, your item is undergoing quality control review by our QA team to ensure it meets NXY’ high standards.

To serve customers globally, we ship from multiple warehouses located in the United States, Asia, and Europe. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on inventory availability and logistics.
Why is my tracking not updating?
It’s normal for tracking to remain static for a few days, especially during customs clearance or processing at international sort centers. Please allow 24–72 hours for updates to reflect.
“Origin Post is Preparing Shipment” – What does it mean?
This status means your package has been accepted by the origin country’s postal service and tracking will update once scanned by the receiving courier (e.g., USPS, FedEx).
Do you ship on weekends?
Our warehouses ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Can I expedite my delivery?
At this time, we do not offer express shipping options. However, we offer free delivery on all orders with no additional cost.
What about duties or customs?
For international shipments, any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These will vary by country and are not collected by NXY at checkout.
